1. What This Policy Covers

This policy covers the Appranch Studio website, appranchstudio.com, and email you send to Appranch Studio. It does not cover our products.

Each Appranch Studio product has its own privacy policy on its own site, and that policy alone governs how the product handles your data:

  • DualWeave.ai — dualweave.ai/privacy
  • Terra Incognita Studio — in development and not yet available to the public

2. What We Collect

This website has no accounts, sign-in, forms, or payments. We collect only the following:

  • Email you send us. Your email address, name if you include it, and your message. We use it to reply to you, and we may also send you occasional emails about Appranch Studio products and services. You can opt out of those at any time.
  • Analytics, only if you accept. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records the pages you visit, how you arrived, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. If you decline or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.
  • Hosting logs. Our hosting provider, Google Firebase Hosting, processes your IP address and basic request information to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

3. Cookies and Your Choice

We set no cookies unless you accept analytics. If you do, Google Analytics sets its own cookies (named _ga). Your choice itself is saved in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, so the site can remember it.

You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, we stop analytics and remove its cookies from your browser.

4. How Information Is Shared

  • We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.
  • Google processes data on our behalf as our analytics provider (only if you accept) and as our hosting provider.
  • We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

5. Your Choices

  • Decline or withdraw analytics at any time through Cookie settings.
  • Opt out of emails about our products and services, or ask us to delete your email correspondence, by writing to info@appranchstudio.com.
  • For data held by one of our products, use that product's own privacy policy and settings.

6. Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

7. Where Data Is Processed

Appranch Studio is based in Texas, United States. Information described here may be processed in the United States.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
