Clear information about charges from Appranch Studio applications and how to resolve billing issues.
How Charges Appear
Charges from Appranch Studio applications appear on your statement using the product name. For our current applications, you may see:
DualWeave.ai:
- • DualWeave Plus Monthly
- • DualWeave Pro Annual
Note: Statement descriptors are generally limited to 22 characters. Some banks may truncate these names or add prefixes.
Subscription Plans
Our applications use a subscription billing model with the following plans:
- Monthly Plans: Billed on the same day each month
- Annual Plans: Billed once per year, typically at a discounted rate
- Free Trials: Some applications may offer free trial periods
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Debit cards
- Other payment methods supported by Stripe
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
Refunds & Service Issues
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. If a service disruption or billing error occurs on our end, we will make it right through:
- Account credits
- Extended subscription time
- Full or partial refunds
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your application account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- Your data will be retained according to our data retention policy (see individual app terms)

We can resolve most issues much faster than a formal bank dispute process. Disputes can take weeks to resolve and may result in service interruption.

Q: Why don't I recognize this charge?
Statement descriptors can look different from the app name you remember. Check the list above to match the descriptor to the application.
Q: I forgot I had a subscription. Can I get a refund?
Contact us at billing@appranchstudio.com. We'll review your situation and work with you to find a fair solution.
Q: I was charged but my service isn't working.
Please contact support@appranchstudio.com immediately. We'll resolve the technical issue and credit your account if needed.
Q: Can I get a receipt?
Yes! Check your application account settings for billing history and downloadable receipts. You can also request receipts at billing@appranchstudio.com.
Q: Do you offer student or nonprofit discounts?
